Is there a minimum order?
Yes, for screen printing there is a minimum order of 12 pieces per design and print color. For embroidery, the minimum is one piece with a minimum embroidery charge of $20. For promotional products, the minimum order is listed in the supplier’s catalogs.
What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is 10-12 work days, depending on the season. This does not include ship time, if applicable. In our peak seasons, this may vary slightly. Turnaround time for promotional products are dependent on supplier’s production time.
Can I mix shirt sizes to meet minimum order?
Yes, and styles as long as the imprint size, print color, ink type and locations remain the same on all items.
Can I mix shirt colors?
Yes, as long as your design stays the same print color, size and location on all items there is no charge to mix the garment colors.
Is there a screen charge?
No, not for our in-house screen printing. (In a very rare case where a design requires process printing on the garments, there may be screen charges. This is extremely rare.)
What computer files can you use for artwork?
Vector art is best. File extensions that we can use (given that they are true vector files) are .ai, .eps & .pdf. In some cases, we can live- trace a .jpeg file, but not always.
Can you create a design for me?
Yes. We are able to work with most anything, even hand drawn sketches. There may be art fees associated with converting art into usable files. But we will let you know this and the cost before we proceed.
Can you ship my order to me?
Yes, we can ship UPS Monday through Friday.
Will I receive the exact amount of shirts in the sizes I order?
Yes. We have a triple-check process in our production department ensuring that you receive the correct amount of shirts you ordered in the correct sizes.

All of our screen printed apparel comes with a Berner seal of approval. Every order that we produce is treated with care as soon as we receive it. We check each order for print quality and triple check order quantity.
